Anyway, over the past month, Piper attended 3 new events: “Reasons To Be Pretty” On Broadway Rehearsals, MCC Theater Presents Miscast 2009 Honoring Elizabeth I. McCann and more recently, New York Times TimesTalk Hosts An Evening With Neil LaBute And Friends.

Please join Elvis Duran and the Z100 Morning Show’s Skeery Jones, star of Beverly Hills Chihuahua Piper Perabo and Triumph the Insult Comic Dog at Animal Fair Magazine’s 8th Annual Halloween Pet Costume Party event presented by Pedigree® to benefit the Humane Society of New York. It will be held on October 27th, 2008 from 7–9 PM at Mansion in New York City. Over 300 dogs and their parents will dress up in hopes to win the Title of THE MOST PETACULAR HALLOWEEN COSTUME OF 2008! One year, a 3 legged rescued Chihuahua in a wheel chair dressed as Larry Flynt adopted from the NY Animal Care and Control won beating out over 112 other dogs dressed to the CaNINES!
Other fabulous canines seen at the event include duos such as Lucy and Desi, Shih Tzu’s as Fred and Wilma and Ginger and a Yorkie as MaryAnn. Last year, the crowd favorite was owner Andrea Smith dressed as Little Red Riding Hood and her gorgeous German Shepherd dressed as the Big Bad Wolf dressed as Little Red’s sick old grandmother. A pet in a double costume! Other spectacular costumes range from canines dressed as a MetroCard to a golden Dachshund as Britney Spears!
